Thank you all for sending kind wishes and purrs. I ask my SS to stop crying and put this post up. I will be going for surgery tomorrow morning and if the growth under my tongue is cancerous, I will not be coming home. As of this morning I can only slurp milk and fluid clumsily and eat small morsels of cheese and meat when hand fed. Otherwise I am OK.

OH momo, please tell your mommy, that while MY mommy was working in the vets, she saw TONS of mouth lumps... that all turned out to be benign. Although a bit rare in cats, it is STILL possible that it's benign and you will be just fine. Please update all of us here at the blogosphere, we are purring and praying super hard for you.
I cannot even begin to say how sorry I am that this is happening. The mom here won't stop with the tears either. I am sending you bunches of purrs and good thoughts that the vet is wrong.
