As a angel I would look from kitty heaven and hope for Peace on Earth...
On earth, my cousin Charlotte is taking over the baton from me today to blog for Peace ....
In memory of MoMo.
As a angel I would look from kitty heaven and hope for Peace on Earth...
It's that time of the year again. Thankyou for joining us here for the party. Everyone please choose your broom and hat......
We have something very pretty and unusual to report. There are quite a few pots of Night Blooming Cereus in our garden. Earlier this year my uncle brought some more over from his garden that he has crossbred. Voila we now have Night Blooming Cereus that does not wilt after a few hours at night but continues to bloom well into the day. He says it will stay in bloom for 1-2 days.
Charlotte here. I am really excited. I am having my first visitors. All the way from USA and Budapest.
So early in the morning, I picked some flowers from the garden and eagerly awaited their arrival. Sydney airport is a busy one and not surprised that it took a while for them to clear immigration and customs. You would have thought they would be waved past, wouldn't you? I mean kitties travelling by themselves, with luggage in tow. Must be a rare sight in any airport.
Yay, here they are. Group pics in front of the terminal....
Today was a lovely warm spring day and Charlotte was allowed to go out to the garden to enjoy the sun and smell the grass and plants. This is her contribution to Tocktober in honour of Derby's birthday this month.
Charlotte has been here for nearly 2 weeks now and seems to have settled in really well. When she first arrived, her favourite place was under the chair, any chair...
This post is dedicated to all who have succumbed to cancer and who are suffering from it. RIP to all our dear departed friends....until we meet again. Purrs and kind thoughts to those who are suffering from it.
