Thursday in the garden

::3 paw taps::

This is officially the first week in winter and it looks like that we are going to have a wet one if the last few days are anything to go by. We had such a deluge that the garden was flooded and is just starting to dry out a bit.

This is my meatloaf pose with the christmas cactuses in the background. Surprisingly, the roses are still there, lending some colour to an otherwise dismal looking garden/swamp.

We'll hope your winter isn't as wet as you're anticipating. Frankly, we don't even want to think about winter right now, with our usual -20 to -30C windchills and way too much snow.

You are a very handsome meatloaf!! We read "winter" and had to remind mom that we have friends from all over the world - not everyone is heading into the hots of summer! Hope your yard drys out soon...

We hope the rain stops and things dry out, Momo, so you can spend some time in your garden. You do a great meatloaf, by the way.

We've had a super soggy spring in this hemisphere Momo. So here's that things dry up a little for us both!!!

The Christmas Cactus and the roses look delightful together. You do a great imitation of a meatloaf.

I hate wet winters - they take away all the sun puddles.

Momo, I'm in the same boat as you...Winter !
I often do Meatloaf in this season too, my friend : )
But I do on top of the fence, under the tree branch, I'm still love to be outside in whatever season.
But good thing, in winter I sleep really really well : )
I hope you do too, Momo
xoxo

Hello Miss Momo. Hope your weather gets less rainy. We read about your porkchop and evening stroll adventures and must say you've been keeping yourself busy with some daring little feats. PS: You're the best looking meatloaf we've come across!

I know it is the coming of winter for you and I do know how cold things can be. Stay inside and snuggle down. I also know that you do better in the cooler times than in the heat of summer. While the folks here are swimming away and sweating I will think of you during your winter months. Enjoy the outside, only when SS is with you, while you can.
