It has been raining all day yesterday and still pretty overcast and cool today. Typical spring weather. Here I am taking refuge in the covered porch looking out and around....
and occasionally venturing out.....
But in general just having a relaxing time, sniffing the fragrant air and savouring the beauty around me......

We're in hiding. She ripped off the old falling down frieze along the top of the bedroom wall and killed the 3 white tails that were hiding behind it.
She said a lot of bad words a lot of times. Then she climbed up and down a step ladder eleventy times and sanded where the paint and top of the walls were ruined because of taking down the fallen down frieze.
Then she got out the monster vacuum and vacuumed up some of the sanding dust that we had to sleep with last night.
The she painted the very smallest wall of the four walls. (She will be quite a while sanding the other three.) It's the very palest shade of purple. Looks white in the can, dries to very pale purple.
We don't think she should have used the sleeve of her nighty to mop up the drips. Oh well.

The cool weather must be a welcome relief from the hot, windy weather I hear that you've had lately. Spring is a beautiful time to hang out in the garden.

You have a pretty garden Momo. A covered porch sounds like a nice place to sit out of the rain. We go in our plantpots in the greenhouse.
Oh now I'm envious because our winter is on it's way, and I won't get in the garden much then.

Looks like the perfect Sunday lazy afternoon. We were susposed to get rain but it didn't come today.
Dat looks purrty relaxing Momo, and I bet it smells really good too.
