Hard working kitty

Sometimes I wonder why I bother to have a SS (secretary-slave) at all. She hollers for me all the time – “Milk!”, “Look what I’ve got, Mini!”, "Lunch is ready, come and get it!”.......

Can’t she see I am having a well-earned rest under the sun which only stays for a few hours each day if it decides to make an appearance at all? Is it too much to bring the stuff to me?

OK, OK, I’ll come if the offering is ham AND cheese WITH milk. Tell you what, hard work being a kitty in this household. Hope you have your humans trained better.

Alas mine are nearly as useless. I am sorry that you are having the same difficulties. I know how trying it is.

I'm afraid my human is a hard case too. I have her trained, but it has been very tough getting her to where I want her.

It's so discouraging when your Human balks at room service.

Unfortunately, our Mom is pretty worthless too. We try to teach her but she's a slow learner.

Mine calls me lazy when I do not even move a bit when getting food. Don't they know they should be giving us breakfast in bed.

She should certainly bring it to you. Our help isn't any better.

It sounds like SS needs some retraining in the room service department.

Yes, at your age, you should have breakfast in a sunspot in the garden, if that's your choice. Or not in the garden, if you aren't in the mood. You're a cat and cats can change their mind.

Hi there Momo. You do look comfy and the assistants should bring you your food so you don't have to move. You sure have pretty colored furs. Hope you have a super duper Sunday.

Humans are so hard to train SIF.

Humans are notoriously dim-witted. Ours even wakes us up to trim our nails! Horrors!

I have my mom trained...but she ::gasp:: stopped eating cheese and milk...so there is none in the house unless I manage to paw "cheese" on the shopping list.

It's horrible.

Purrs,

It sounds like you've done well in the training department, though! I say ham, cheese and whipped cream may do the trick for me to venture over. My Human does make whipped cream for me, I succeeded in training her on that one! (Thanks for your purrs!)
