I have been naughty

Look at this innocent face here and you would not have guessed how naughty I have been and gave SS a such a scare.....

The story goes, SS has been very busy because things have not been going too well here with home and work (the reason why we haven't been blogging and visiting much lately). Last night, she came home late and as she was turning into the driveway she saw a grey and white furry promenading along the street two doors from our house. She screeched to a stop, got out of the car at a speed she did not think possible and raced after the furry creature which happened to be yours truly, me. Well, I could have told her that there was no hurry as I wasn't really going anywhere. If I were, do you think that slow coach of a SS would be able to catch me?

She doesn't know how I managed to get out of the house and I am not about to tell. Gran might have inadvertantly let the back door opened a wee bit for a short time in the evening when a neighbour called to see how she was. She doesn't remember.

Anyway, I'd better put on a remorseful face to say that I was sorry, otherwise I would have to endure a whole weekend of lectures...

Really though, you know in your heart that I had fun being out and am not sorry at all ;)

Humans! It is so funny the way they freak out over such silly things. You knew you were not going anywhere. My human would have had a heart attack if the same thing had happened here.

Put your ear muffs on because I am going t yell at your . . . DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO OUTSIDE EVER AGAIN. YOU KNOW IT IS DANGEROUS OUT THERE AND YOU HAVE FOUND THAT OUT BEFORE! STAY INSIDE . . . STEP AWAY FROM THE DOOR . . .
Sorry I couldn't help myself but I worry about you. From one sister to the other please, pretty please stay inside. If you need action turn on the tv.

ps: Remember that I started out as an outside kittie. Since I have picked my inside family I don't even look like I want to go outside. That tells you a lot about what is out there. I have a scar on my left ear and when I see other kitties I yell. Inside is best!!!!

Jeez, Momo...that musta been fun to get out for a little bit, but you did scare your mom so we wouldn't recommend doing that again. Humans hearts can't take stuff like that.

Have you been taking lessons from HouBibi? That must have made your SS FREAK OUT!!! I got out for 60 seconds last week and both my mom and I freaked out!

Stay safe inside MoMo!

Oh poor SS, that's scary...but Bob et al. from Feline Family totally understand...sometimes you just have to stretch the paws...spending all your time in the same place gets boring...

Your remorseful face and pose looks sinceres, so no worries...

Glad you are home safe & sound Momo

Momo, we hope you enjoyed to get some fresh air and it's probably the best not to say anything to SS. Our mom understands how SS feels. Humans get panic so very often when it comes to kids.

Have a great weekend!

Good on you for getting out for at least a little but. Mum is way too careful for us to sneak out. So at least on the outside look sorry and inside rejoice!

Goodness Gracious! We are so relieved to hear that your SS saw you when she did!! You mustn't scare her like that - you know how sensitive they can be. (Plus, she might ground you.)

Glad you had fun MoMo. We likes to explore too.

US cats are a little jealous that Mommy took Fenris to the beach with her. But since it involved riding in the car we only mind not getting to go a little bit.
