It's been far too quiet since SS left for beautiful, warm Kauai. When I complained, my SIFs, Fin and Siena, immediately agreed to visit me in my garden.
The day started off sunny and cold, well, it is winter. So I climbed onto the roof to look out for the arrival of Fin and Siena.
After they arrived, we had some warm milk and treats from gran. Then we all went to investigate my dysfunctional fountain. As some of you might know, Fin also has a fountain in her garden. But hers is a working fountain. So she volunteered to have a look at it for me. 
The verdict - the pipes have rotted away and it's unfixable.
Oh well, we tried.
Wait, what is attracting Siena's attention. An introoder!
This tabby has been visitng my garden without my permission in the last few days. He quickly left when he sensed that he was outnumbered.
Mission accomplished. Time for more treats. Gran, where are you?

We're glad you're all having a great time! Isn't Fin clever, to figure out what was wrong with your fountain. And hurrah for chasing off the introoder. There's safety in numbers. :-)

Wow it looks like you had a super fun get together! It is too bad the fountain pipes are rotten though. And that introoder is probably a mancat trying to catch a glimpse of all the beautiful ladycats!!
hahahahahaha - just our luck when we visit after month of absence only to hear that SS is in hawaii, so the maid gets really jealous! we hope SS has a GREAT time! and lots of hula!

Glad you got friends to come and visit and you were not alone the whole time! How is SS's trip? Mom would love to go to Kauai! She has only been to other islands, and it has been since 1997 since she was in Hawaii!

What Fun to have Company,and play in the Garden :) Pretty soon it will be Spring for you, So you have Nice Warm days to look forward to. We have been Very Hot Kitties here , Stuck in the house with the a/c too hot for outside! We're looking forward to Fall and some Cool days & nights :)
