These floofy tuffs between the pads are supposed to keep my toesies warm in winter. Not that Sydney winter is severe but the icy winter of my ancestral country may well require these. Yes, they do get thicker in winter and much shorter and almost non-existent in summer.

those are some nice toe floofs you have there! i have that too! in the winter when i go in snow, it sticks there and i come in with snow balls all over my feets.
